My Christmas List - Entry 1

Santa, in case you’re reading this website, this is the first item on my Christmas list. I was going to just write this in the letter I have my kid hand you when he sits in your lap sometime next month but he’s learning to read now so I can’t use the trick I used last year (”Son, New Bike is spelled “P-l-a-s-m-a-T-V”) and god knows the wife ain’t going to get me anything so… here it is.

The Logitech Harmony 890 Advanced Universal Remote Control. It talks to everything, it will replace the 7 remotes I have stacked on the arm of my couch at the moment, it doesn’t have a touch-screen which is good because I am too lazy to look at the buttons I’m pressing, it has a rechargeable stand, and most importantly, I think it will be too difficult for my wife to figure out how to use so I’ll continue my reign as master of the channel surfing.

And it’s easy to get down the chimney, you fat bastard.
