Inspired by the ultimate guy movie ‘300′, the Texas Testosterone Festival is proud to announce The Spartan 300 Challenge as one of the Featured Events.
The Spartan 300 Challenge is an intense workout designed to put your fitness level to the test. The actors of the movie ‘300′ used this method of fitness to train for their roles as Spartan Warriors - now you can take on the workout and see how you measure up! Pull Ups, Dead lifts, Box jumps, Kettlebell Clean to Press, Floor Wipers, and Push Ups all totaling 300 repetitions - Take the Challenge - CrossFit Central’s Spartan 300 Challenge.
The cost to compete is $20. 1st Place winner gets $500, 2nd gets $200. Click here to register online. There is a maximum number of competitors allowed so register early!
