Red Meat Causes Cancer and Heart Disease

500,000 people were followed for 10 years measuring their diets and their deaths and they found “Men whose red meat intake put them in the top 20 per cent consumption band were 22 per cent more likely to die of cancer in the 10 years of the study, compared with men whose intake was in the lowest 20 per cent.”

Never before have we heard a better excuse to order extra buffalo wings. Or hot dogs. That doesn’t count, does it?

Once again nothing about if they worked out or not. Red meat with weight training rocks and is imo the best testosterone booster available. Eggs are also great.
